About Us
Founded in 2023 by Joe Merrell and Tyler Rubin, the idea for what Flow Brewing would finally become was shaped through years of sitting around small tables and sharing hundreds of beers made by ourselves, our friends, and some of the best breweries in Taiwan and the world. Through endless conversations and debates about not only the technical aspects of brewing, but also the philosophies behind them, we developed a deep understanding of each other as brewers and as drinkers. It was a natural next step to take our shared vision for an artisanal brewery to fruition, and share our dream with all of you. Great friends making great beer in a great place. We couldn't imagine anything we'd rather do!
認識心流
心流釀造的創辦人 Joe Merrell 與 Tyler Rubin 是一起品飲啤酒多年的好友，不僅喝遍千百款全球和臺灣數一數二釀酒廠的作品，也品嘗自己和朋友釀製的啤酒。兩人時常坐在桌前，不斷探討釀造的技術層面，思辨技術背後的哲學，過程中不僅更加認識彼此對於釀造及品飲的理想，心流釀造的理念也逐漸成形，終於在 2023 年正式成立。Joe Merrell 與 Tyler Rubin 帶著這份理念啟程，實現打造匠人釀酒廠的共同願景，並將這個夢想分享給所有人。
